Delete your Prokopō account

You can delete your Prokopō account and everything it holds at any time.

In the app

1. Open Prokopō and go to You → Your data.
2. Tap Delete your account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@prokopo.app from the address you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We will delete it and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything, at once: your account, your profile, your plan, every session, log, check-in and night of sleep, your conversation with the coach, and any crash or bug reports you sent. Nothing is kept and there is no backup to restore from, so this cannot be undone.

Data in Health Connect stays there: it belongs to you and Google, not to Prokopō. If you want a copy of your data first, use You → Your data → Export your data before deleting.
